This is a great book for writing concept care maps and care plans. The information and diagnoses are laid out in such a way that they are easy to find and understand. Makes the long process a little easier. This is a very helpful book on Care plans. It explains well and help with ideas and ways of thinking about a disease differently. I would recommend this to any nursing student.
