Dr. Alexander is making a good case that consciousness is not synonymous with mind or brain. There is more to us humans than meets the eye. Spiritual seekers have suspected or known this for eons, but lovely to hear it from a scientific minded person. Nothing beats direct experience and he had some experience! Totally uplifting.
