This is an engaging, yet heartbreaking read for those of us who wonder what life is like under a brutal regime. Once you get started reading this book, it's hard to put down. But it's not easy on the heart. It may take a few days to recover from it. It's hard to imagine how the author was able to deal with actually experiencing all of this.
