This is a really great recipe book, with lots of yummy and easy smoothie recipes. The author included recipes for weight loss, aging, problem skin and heart concerns. It just didn't just have sweet smoothies, though. There were also savory recipes, too. I'd like to try the sicilian one. This was made specifically for a nutribullet system, but these would work in all blenders. The book looks great and is well formatted. It was easy to find the recipes that interested me the most.
