Utterly fascinating. At points difficult to believe because of the bizarre behavior of the participants on both sides, but completely true and well researched. Another window into a past we are well off without. Goering as feel-good motivator for the NAZI side? Hess as totally beyond rational thought? Military and political figures who were fired or retired before Hitler began his schemes of conquest being lumped in with the actual perpetrators of the evil the NAZI’s actually did?
