This is an incredible book full of wonderful insight into how to slow down and focus in a busy and distracting world. The book is a collection of wisdom from various authors, leaders, and artists from differing backgrounds who share brief insight into their best practices for achieving creative work flow. The format is attractive, concise, and easy to read. This book offers a tool box of ideas for achieving efficiency and doesn't offer a one size fits all approach. Some of the themes are a bit repetitive, but vary enough to keep them from becoming redundant (especially since they are penned by different voices).
