This is wonderful and challenging for all ages. It is very creative, loved choosing all the wonderful colors and experimenting with some of the designs. It draws us inward, it makes one happy and joyful with a sense of wholeness. Highly recommend it.

Excellent book for art therapy. Calms the mind and allows you to focus on something other than chaos. The designs do take hours HOURS to complete so there is no need to rush and these are more of a teen to adult book, just based on the design level.Would've given 5 stars except this book is printed on both sides of the paper, its easy enough to purchase 2 books but still. If you use markers or watercolor pencils you can really only do one side of the paper.
