Paper Towns is almost a simple story but is filled with meaning. John Green captures every aspect of a paper town and paper girls and boys. He also captures a magnificent relationship between Margo and Quentin. Paper Towns is a book everybody should read to look at things differently.
Paper Towns by john green is a book that i think any teenager and most adults would enjoy. John Green is an excellent writer and Paper Towns is a book that a lot of teenagers can relate too, but it's not a story you feel like you've read a hundred times. John Green is really good at describing the characters well. The book stays very interesting but doesn't feel like its too jammed packed.
The story is about a boy named Quentin who lives next door to the gorgeous and crazy adventurous Margo who he hasn't talked to very much since childhood. One night she comes to his window and takes him out on the best night of his life. The next morning, Quentin wakes up to find that Margo has run away, but she has left him some clues to find her. John Green is amazing at making his story relatable but also original. There is a level of suspense throughout the whole book to keep readers interested.
The characters in this book are very well detailed. You feel like you know them and can relate to them very well. Although they are described very well and can be related to, John green has left a bit of mystery to each of the characters, so you kind of have to figure out who you think they really are. you have to decide for yourself if you think they are exactly how they perceived and decried to be, or if they are a little bit different than people think.
I highly recommend this book to anyone who likes a book about romance, adventure and mystery. this is the kind of book that you don't want to put down.
When Margo Roth Spiegelman beckons Quentin Jacobsen in the middle of the night—dressed like a ninja and plotting an ingenious campaign of revenge—he follows her. Margo’s always planned extravagantly, and, until now, she’s always planned solo. After a lifetime of loving Margo from afar, things are finally looking up for Q . . . until day breaks and she has vanished. Always an enigma, Margo has now become a mystery. But there are clues. And they’re for Q.
Printz Medalist John Green returns with the trademark brilliant wit and heart-stopping emotional honesty that have inspired a new generation of readers.
