Excellent book. The story is amazing and the love for which the author felt for his friend comes through poignantly. As you near the end, you keep hoping that somehow it will have a different ending than the history that you already know. It was very thought-provoking on many different levels.
This book will stay with you. For me, knowing that he had close long-time relationships meant that his life was not wasted. This book leads me to conclude that legalizing marijuana and decriminalizing its use would have made a difference in Robert Peace's life.
