This is one you can't put down. Nothing like trying to find out what happened to a person thirty years ago, especially if it was your mother. The heroine is beaten and robbed. Her house is broken into, she under surveillance by a mysterious car. Her employees are at odds with each other. One is erroneously arrested. Her father won' t discuss what happened to her mother. She is dating a nice guy or maybe not. A page turner to the very end.

SW Hubbard has given us a real "treasure" in this book. A nice mix of characters whose personalities shine through the pages. Audrey is such a likable character and her story, with its many twists and turns, kept my interest from the first page to the last. There's mystery, intrigue and a little romance in this entertaining and interesting read. Highly recommend.

About the Author

S.W. Hubbard’s most recent novel is Another Man’s Treasure. She is also is the author of three mystery novels set in the Adirondack Mountains: Take the Bait, Swallow the Hook, and Blood Knot. Her short stories have appeared in Alfred Hitchcock’s Mystery Magazine and the anthologies Crimes by Moonlight, Adirondack Mysteries, and the upcoming Mystery Box. She lives in Morristown, NJ, where she teaches creative writing to enthusiastic teens and adults, and expository writing to reluctant college freshmen.
