I recommend this book to anyone who has ever felt passionate about anything in their life. Even if it's not running, the spirit of these people is totally infections and spreads positive effects into other aspects of life.
This, was one amazing read. You know the kind, the type of book that you read into the wee hours of the night until you just can't do it any longer. You replace the bookmark, close the cover and say to yourself "can't wait to get back to this tomorrow," and reluctantly shuffle off to bed.
For anyone who is even considering going barefoot or minimalist, this book is a must read. The author makes the question of whether one should run unshodden a slam dunk. This book is fillled with data that makes one quit doubting his decision to take up the endeaver that is running.
