Dr. Koch provides helpful tips for reducing screen time in our lives and the lives of our kids. One of my favorite chapters in the book talked about multi- tasking and “continuous partial attention”. Now, that’s a word picture. Screen time can be the enemy of giving full attention, which in turn creates problems for our kids by creating a stressful lifestyle, to operating in crisis mode, and to a compromised ability to reflect, to make decisions, and to think creatively. I highly recommend this informational and helpful book.
