Product arrived very quickly. This is a wonderful, informative book that shows you exercises for each part of your body. The first part of the book is filled with wonderful information not only about why you should exercise but what exercising does to improve your whole being. She explains how the muscles are connected and why you have to do a particular exercise in a certain way in order to not only improve your posture but to make your body stronger, especially the core. Would highly recommend this book. Miranda Esmonde-White is extraordinary in her understanding of how the human body functions. Her little hints throughout the book are very helpful.
