This is a very nice story and a whole new take on the traditional romance. The characters are well-developed and the plot has just enough conflict and suspense to make it most readable. Kate is a successful TV writer whose focus has been an award-winning children's program. Alas, and so realistically, the program while popular suffered from a lack of sponsorship and was cancelled. Ian is the very successful and smart businessman who is in charge of deciding what programs stay and which ones are cancelled and how much revenue to expect. Poor Kate suffers from heartbreak as her fiance tells her on that same day that he has fallen in love with someone else. From such a beginning the story unfolds in a most unexpected manner and involves some really classy folks. I highly recommend it.

This book was fun to read. The characters are warm and likeable. Emotions with romance and human understanding warm the heart and make you feel good.
