It cogently goes through all the information in a great manner. It is an easy read for such a complicated subject.
Chemerinsky conducts a thorough, well-explained, well-laid out, and accessible examination of the Constitutional Law subject matter. His book explains almost every case from my case book (Tushnet, Karlan), lays out the policy reasonings, and philosophical debates in an easy-to-read AND easy-to-understand way.
