Anything by Dressler will tell you what you need to know. It will be accurate, and it will be exact. This text is no different. It is an excellent beginners Criminal Law text, and it should be used in every classroom.

This is a great case book. But, there is a small problem. People in law school will know that sheer unadulterated rage, hopelessness, and despair are almost required for a full understanding of this book. They are not included, you must provide your own. Overall the book came in good shape. Nice binding, no torn or missing pages. They kind of understated the amount of notes and highlights in the book.
