This book is proving invaluable. It's like the author and I are kindred spirits. The writing is clear, tone and vocabulary are both
exactly right. And even though some of her subjects are convicting, as any good devotional ought to be, they are not so uncomfortable as to make me put the book down and walk away. By all means, I recommend this book.

Each of the 60 days has such a verse, a thought for the day, an explanation, and a prayer. Lysa uses examples from her own life, exposing her own unglued reactions and her remedies to them.
The devotional is witty, well-written, and relate-able. It’s one that I keep picking up.
A real book by a real woman for real women! Definitely a must read for Christian women who live in this world! With all of the expectations everyone has of women it is a book of encouragement and faith.
